Description: A soapstone Lohan was in sitting posture. Holding in the left hand with a rosary, the fairy saint hold a Ruyi in his right hand. Smiling and in amiable mood, the stone figure was well depicted and was in warm yellowish tint due to enduring old age. Date: Qing Dynasty, 18th/19th Century. Height:7.3cm, Width:7.3cm, Depth: 5.8cm. Weight: 270gram. Condition: very good except one defect at the mouth of the bag. A CUSTOM-MADE SILK BOX IS INCLUDED. |
