This is a scale used by the US Postal Service to weigh mail. These scales are made by Trainer Scales & MFG Co, Chicago, Ill. The scales are made of tin and brass and will weigh up to 9 oz. There is one screw missing on the top of the arm (See Photo) otherwise in very good condition.

This is a wonderful Pekingese porcelain, the color is great. It stands 7 inches tall with a base 5 X 3 inches and is 6 1/2 inches at the widest point. The condition is excellent, there are no cracks, chips or repairs. This piece is in the Kutani style, there are no markings on the bottom.

This is a hard cover studio book by Viking Press NY, NY, published in 1980 for The Metropolitan Museum of the Arts. This book contains a brief history and copy's of Hiroshige woodblock prints (Hiroshige a well known Japanese woodblock artist early to mid 1880's). Fourteen of these prints are in The Metropolitan Museum, these prints were gifts to the museum by MR. & MRS. Bryan Holmes. This book is in excellent condition.
