Our Name
Don't let the name fool you. Blanche's Antiques isn't your grandmother's attic or your favorite aunt's closet, unless, of course, they had excellent taste and collected a unique assortment of great antiques.
Our Collection
We focus on the decorative arts of the past, from the 16th century to the early 20th century, including furniture, paintings, sculpture, ceramics, pottery, fabrics, architectural pieces and outdoor accessories. Many of our items are of museum quality, a very few are borderline kitsch, but all are unique and were selected for their fine craftsmanship or that special look. Victorian, classic revival, grand tour, gothic, continental, these are all part of our everyday vocabulary at Blanche's Antiques. We specialize in European religious and ecclesiastical art, including statuary, paintings, chant manuscripts, reliquaries, vestments, santos, icons, ivories and bronzes, plus a variety of 'objets de culte' and 'objets de vertu'. Connoisseurs, collectors, decorators, home-owners, aficionados even -- all will find high-quality pieces and reasonable prices at Blanche's Antiques.
