Framed oil on canvas stretched on board signed by Louis Abel-Truchet (1857-1918) with a typed note on the back which gives a brief biography of the artist: Pupil of Jules Lefebrve and Benjamin Constant. He first exhibited in 1891 and from then his work appeared in many exhibitions in France and in many international exhibitions.
