This vintage sterling silver banded mint julep cup was made by Mr. Trees of Lexington, Kentucky and is very collectible. Dimensions are 3-5/8 inches in height x 2-7/8 inches in diameter at the rim x 2-3/8 inches at the base. It weighs 4.30 troy ounces and, lucky for you, is not monogrammed.

This early turn-of-the-century sterling silver water pitcher by Gorham is in the Plymouth pattern and dates from 1903. In beautiful condition with a wonderful period monogram, the pitcher measures 9-5/8 inches high at the spout, 9-3/4 inches handle to spout and weighs 25.08 troy ounces. This weighty and extremely handsome sterling silver water pitcher was made by Wallace Silversmiths in the 1920s and retailed by Spaulding Co. in Cincinnati. Dimensions are 9-1/2 inches high at the spout, 8-7/8 inches from handle to spout, and 5 inches in diameter at the base. It weighs 40.90 troy ounces. Great condition and no monogram to boot!

This grand sterling silver lidded loving cup horse trophy was made by Reed & Barton circa 1915-1920. It is extremely large, measuring 20-1/2 inches in height at the finial x 14 inches handle to handle, and weighs a hefty 102.5 troy ounces. This gorgeous circa 1862-1867 three-piece sterling silver butter dish was crafted by Whiting Manufacturing Company. It is beautifully decorated with acorns etched and engraved all over the lid, including the finial, and two applied acorns serve as handles on the body of the dish. Weighing 14 troy ounces, the butter dish measures 7 inches in height, 6-3/4 inches in diameter from acorn to acorn, and 5-1/2 inches in diameter for the interior measurement.

Currently on hand are TWO (2) vintage sterling suilver mint julep cups by Mark Scearce dating from the first years of the Richard Nixon presidency. These cups are without monograms and each cup is sold for $550. Dimensions: 3.7/8 in. high x 3-1/8 inches in diameter at the top. Weight is 4.69 troy ounces. Great if you need two, but fine if you need just one.
