This unusual mechanical bar masquerades as an American lowboy, but the inside elevates and a conceals spaces to hold all sorts of barware...glasses, julep cups, bottles, etc. The top is divided vertically into two leaves. This wonderful 1930s Eames-era podium/lectern/register stand was made by the St. Louis firm Royal Bond, Inc. It is lighted and would be terrific in your foyer or up front in your restaurant. Dimensions: 46 inches high; lecturn measures 15 x 18 inches; base 11 inches in diameter. Very good condition.
