I believe this to be a Jeannette hand decorated and colors fired in reverse painted lamp. If I am wrong, please email me. The shade is 13.75" in diameter. The scene on the lamp is repeated 3 times on the shade. It is 6 1/2" tall.
The 2 socket base is cast iron covered with a felt. There are no hallmarks anywhere that I can find on the shade, the base, the cap.
The lamp stands 19 1/2" tall to the top of the finial.
There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this lamp. It is fully functional and is in excellent condition.
