| Oversize French Art Pottery (Art Nouveau/Arts and Crafts) vase, circa 1910-1920, by Gilbert Metenier. This three-handled vase in excellent original unrestored condition measures 13 1/2" in height and close to 8" at its widest. It is signed with Metenier's inscribed mark on the bottom. An exceptional piece by this rare potter born in 1876 and active until 1939, when he destroyed his molds. He is specially known for his "Metenier blue glaze". We have a collection of 10 Metenier vases currently in stock. Please inquire.
