| Extremely rare original hand-colored (watercolor) lithograph by John Stockton De Martelly (American, 1903-1979). The complete title of this 1938 work is "Old Man Towne Bought a New Scythe"). It measures roughly 9" by 12" and is signed by the artist in pencil l.r. Issued by Associated American Artists, and probably privately commissioned to be hand-colored in a certainly very limited edition. In very good never framed condition. | |
