Bidri vase with silver inlaid decoration of panels of flowers and foliage, dating from the 18th or 19th century. This vase is antique and not one of the modern copies seen on Ebay. I would also like to point out that the vase has not been polished, which is why the silver inlay appears to be missing. There are a pieces of missing inlay but must of it is there but is heavily tarnished. I have tried with the detail photographs to show the tarnished silver. Antique Japanese lacquered and gilt wooden figure of Kannon, made I think 1900 but could be earlier. The figure including the base measures approximately 20 cm high. It has lost one arm on the left hand side, the metal front to the crown has been glued, there is slot to the back where a piece in now missing and overall the figure has wear, fading and cracks consistent with age. Wonderful pair of Japanese Kutani pottery lion dogs made circa 1900. The tallest measures approximately 26 cm high. The photographs show them from both sides.
