For your consideration is this 7 piece compote set. This set is breathtaking to look at. Each piece is decorated with heavy gold gilt along with what we believe to be enameled flowers painted on each piece. The background glass is gold in color. The large compote is approximately 6.5 inches tall and has an approximately 7 inch diameter. This set is in excellent shape with some very minor wear to the gold gilt. For your consideration is this lovely D H Chiparus first recast bronze sculpture titled, "Butterfly Dancer". Details are crisp and the item is signed on the base. It sits atop a marble base. This sculpture stands about 17" tall. D H Chiparus lived from 1886 to 1914 and is considered the father of the art deco bronze movement. He died in Paris in 1914. Shipping and insurance are extra.
