Sweetgrass tray with handles from Barrier Island. Done by the Gullah people. Circa mid- 1900's. No mark. About 10 inches across, 13 1/2 to end of handles and about 2 1/4 inches high.
Delicate and fine 19th century American painted oil on wooden plate of a young girl in nightgown warming herself near the fire. Incredible detail and an absolutely gorgeous piece. Measures 12.00 in diameter. Excellent condition.
