Very fine watercolor, pencil and black ink. Bucolic scene with Tudor style house, barn and outbuildings. Signed with monogram and other cryptic numbers and letters in lower right corner. Attributed to James Spyers, English, worked 1770-1790
Beautifully rendered portrait of a young child done in pastels and pencil. Circa before 1920. Signed lower right "G.H. Cochrane" and also initialed in pencil on the lower left, "GHC". Old paper repair on right. In frame, 9 by 7 inches. In mat, about 5 1/2 by 3 3/4 inches.
