Rare African Stone Carving of a Seated Hermaphrodite figure attributed to the Sapi Culture. Similar example can be viewed in Sotheby's Tribal Art Catalog dated 5/18/92. Measures 6.75 inches high. Amazing details. Smooth hole in top of head for offerings. Minimal residual burial patina.
