Unusual and wonderful art glass sculpture/paperweight attributed to Georges Despret, probably dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. This is a nicely executed pate de verre Greco-Roman portrait with classic design and style using a grey opaque glass for the head, contrasted against the millefiori hair adornment. Size/Condition: Measures about 4.75"x 3"x 2.25". Minor/expected molding flaws. No chips or cracks. Unmarked, undated.
