Totally retro, perfect mid-century art pottery vase believed to have been made by Frank C. Mann of Vermont (as per VaseFinder.com). Excellent glaze finish of an abstract linear patterning of white lines on a rich, brown ground...reminiscent of the works of Dame Lucie Rie. Size/Condition: 4.5" tall, 5.75" wide. Clay/glaze void at rim (production), no chips or cracks. Inci ...click for details

Great modernist vintage piece of pottery by New York artist Louis Mendez (1929-), undated...though we would guess it's from the 1960s or 70s. Mendez has a long and fine career, including exhibiting in The Nationals from the early 1950s through the late 1960s. Excellent and unique pottery vase constructed of a handformed pillow shaped body, patterned by deep relief vertical textures, with a wheel thrown neck and flare. Matte earth tone glazes accent and finish the piece, while the interior ha ...click for details

Monumental and superb MultiFlora art glass vase by master glass blower Charles Lotton, circa 1999. Large pink flowers are alternately arranged between and with foliage, the thick-walled construction allowing for depth and dimension against an internal, lustrous gold iridescence. Mind blowing. Large accent art glass sculpture by Livio Seguso, Italy, probably dating to the 1980s.
