Excellent mid-century art pottery bowl by Mary Erckenbrack (1910-1992) of California, probably 1940s vintage. Elegant, low, broad bowl with an abstract internal resist design of a netting pattern, wrapped like a crescent around a mocha circle. The exterior features a very painterly blended glaze. Size/Condition: Measures 8"x 2.25". Normal production flaws, minimal/nil wear. Signed "Mary E" to the foot, undated.

Spectacular vintage WMF Ikora vase, likely dating to about 1930 (+/-). An instant large statement, this piece features an unusual lobed form, crafted from a blood red at the base that fades, grades and blends towards the top, to a salmon orange, with the classic WMF crackle and trapped air design within the walls from top to bottom. Size/Condition: Measures about 14.75" tall. A few small scratches, no chips or cracks. Unmarked, undated.
