Very fine studio pottery bowl from Philadelphia artist John Costanza, dating to the 1950s or 60s. Super stylish, this piece is handbuilt, sitting on four small feet....it's finished with a near matte earthy glazing of streaky, speckled brown with a nifty modernist design on the interior. Size/Condition: Measures approximately 9.5"x 6.75"x 3.25". In excellent condition with a couple tiny production blips in the clay. Signed underneath, undated.

Outstanding vase by Robert Sperry (1927-1998) of Washington, likely dating to the 1960s. Sperry studied with Peter Voulkos and is regarded as one of the most significant contributors to the studio pottery movement. This beautifully thrown bottle vase is a fine example of the artist's work and features a blotchy peacock eye glaze patterning. Size/Condition: Measures about 13.75"x 3.5". In excellent, undamaged condition with crazing. Signed to the foot, undated.

Funky, outstanding late 1940s or early 1950s art pottery console set from Brewster, NY artisan Arpad Rosti (1909-1999). Period perfect design and color are the hallmark of these finely cast pieces which have authentic and era appropriate stylings of quirk and high art aesthetic. Rosti exhibited frequently at The Nationals (1946-48, 1951-58). Candlesticks are 8.5" tall, bowl is 4.25"x 14". All are signed "Rosti" through slip, undated.
