Retrotastic modernist weaving by Russian-American artist Borisov, dating to about 1965. Colorful and so very whimsical, the wall hanging features a funky cool lion against a vivid, deep raspberry red ground. Size/Condition: Measures 45.5"x 23.5", signed (in weave) with a "B", lower left. In excellent condition, undated.
