| Here's an extremely well Carved Rooster circa 1900 of what I think is cedar or redwood (still mildly aromatic) attached to metal legs and feet standing on a wooden ball mounted to a pine block.Excellent form and well executed deep carving. Condition- the tail has been broken off and glued back in two places. It also looks like the very tip of the beak has been broken off at some time also.
