| A beautifully balanced early 19thC elephant ivory carved miniature scholar's vase,cylindrical in shape with a short flared neck sitting on a flat shoulder,usallly seen decorating the scholar's desk with a small stem of jade flowers protruding the neck.The vase is assembled into three pieces as noted in the photo enlargement #3.
