|A superb pair of Chinese Ming pottery musicians,standing on a square base with their feet pointed forward and their hands raised upward holding a glazed musical instrument to their mouth.Both are wearing tunics with glazed flat green rounded collars,their tall hats show one slightly turned up in the front with the brim pointed backwards,the other with the brim pointed downward.The facial features are excellent and quite detailed.Condition: Excellent and well preserved overall with minor abrasions and wear due to long burial period.Circa: Ming Dynasty,1368-1644. Size: Both Musicians aprox.11 1/2"high. An outstanding pair of Ming pottery musicians with superb detail and great color as noted in the enlargement photos.|
