| This is a very fine and rare signed Namikawa Yasuyuki Japanese Cloisonne Vase. This little gem is worked in standard cloisonne with the thinest of silver wires and has a wonderful Cocoa ground color. The quality of enamel is wonderful. It is 3 1/8" tall and has silver mounts. Condition is excellent but for a faint 5/16" vertical stress line in rear. There is also a very faint line right below the stress line that runs horizontally approx. 1 x1/4". I BELIEVE THIS WAS DONE DURING THE ORIGINAL FIRING OF THE ENAMEL. IT DEFINITELY cannot BE FELT AND WHEN I LOOK AT IT THROUGH A LOOP YOU CAN SEE THE COCOA ENAMEL GOING OVER THE LINE IN SPOTS. This is absolutely nothing. I am just trying to be super critical in my description. The last photo shows both of the above. The vase also has some minor pitting. NO CHIPS CRACKS OR RESTORATION. Signed Namikawa on a square silver plaque. Full seven day no questions asked Money back guarantee, minus shipping and insurance fees. Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. Checks held 10 days. Overseas buyers paypal only. | ||||||||||||||
