This handmade metal basket is both sculptural and functional. Loops coming off the base are indicative of the artful eye with which it was made. The creator did more than use the lattice weave throughout. Measures 5 3/4" tall and 14" in diameter. Would look equally good on a table or hung on a wall. Probably made circa 1900.

Five piece set includes 9" martini shaker; two shot glasses (2" tall); a covered container for toothpicks (2 1/4" tall) and a dish for olives that is 5 1/4" in diameter. Extraordinary design and workmanship. Signed "C.B.A Denmark 1987". Pristine condition.
Tall and graceful pitcher and two mugs by the renowned late Mexican designer, Hector Aguilar. Most well known for his silver jewelry. His copper hollow ware is more rare and equally collectible. Pitcher is 13" tall; mugs are 5". The pitcher has the Aguilar mark but not the mugs. Excellent, untouched condition; circa 1950. $875 for the set.
