The mate to this amazing piece is on the cover of the recently published revised edition of "Mexican Silver: Modern Hand-wrought Jewelry and Metalwork" by Morrill and Berk. One of the most dramatic and unusual of Los Castillo's bracelets. This huge, domed sterling silver cuff has beautiful blue and green azure malachite banding across the center. Measures 2 1/8" wide. Fits average size wrist. Has a dimple that shows in certain light; otherwise very good condition. circa 1950.

This is one of the rarest, largest and most dramatic of Spratling's pieces. It was made to be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. It is on a beautifully handmade chain, (though not by Spratling) that seems to be of the same period as the piece. Measures almost 4" in diameter. Chain is 29"long. 1940 - 1946 hallmark. Azur malachite is a rich deep blue with a bit of green.

This bold bracelet is definitely one of Sigi's best. Beautifully made; heavy weight. Illustrated in "Mexican Silver" and described as a custom design. Stones are rich variations of blues and greens. Difficult to photograph (sorry about the reflections) but easy to wear. Measures approximately 7 1/2' in circumference and 1 1/4" wide. Circa 1960.
