| Unusual octagonal enamel with sterling picture frame by Cartier. Enamel is more of a rich cobalt shade of blue than may show on the monitor. Oval inset measures 2 1/2" in length. Outside dimensions of frame are 2 5/8" x 3 9/16". Excellent condition. Made in Italy; circa 1920. | |||||||
