| Beautiful Whole Cloth doll quilt of uncertain provenance. The most likely origins are either French or Indian. Interior fabric is block printed. Outer border is actually made of two bands of calico fabric cleverly seamed to create a herringbone effect. Superb condition. Backing is gauzy white cotton. Measures 14" x 18"; circa 1860. | |||||
