Sales and Guarantee Policy

We have many years experience packing and shipping antiques and prints, but if you have any special requests we can accommodate you, just let us know. Items listed on Trocadero do not include Shipping and Handling Charges in their prices. Buyer pays all shipping, handling and insurance costs for both the purchase and the return. Please contact us through Trocadero, by email, or phone for price quote. We do encourage you though, to use Trocadero's Inquiry/Order/Checkout Features for all the items listed on our Trocadero Storefront. For orders submitted online through Secure Order Form, buyer will be contacted within 48 hours, shipping and handling charges will be presented and details given to close the transaction. Washington State residents please add 8.4% for sales tax. International Orders: On ALL International Orders - the BUYER MUST arrange for shipping/handling/insurance. Also, we declare ACTUAL Payment Amount as the Value for customs documents...we will NEVER Under Value...IT IS ILLEGAL.

Items may be placed on hold or sold prior to your inquiry. Please verify availability. Weekly inventory updates are maintained for your current viewing.

We guarantee our items listed on Trocadero. If you are not completely satisfied please notify us with in one week and you may return the item within 10 days. Items must be returned in same condition and original packaging. If the item was damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will assist you with the claim.

Payment Policy additional information:
- For all check payments (personal or cashier's), orders are held until funds are cleared.
- We will not accept any overpayment of any kind, on a sale/invoice. Also we will work with only ONE person/customer throughout a sales transaction. The Payer MUST be the same person who orders an item and or who picks up the item.
