A very unusual antique 18th century Russian orthodox icon. Hand painted on a wooden panel depicting the appearance of the Virgin, and the Apostles Peter and John, to St. Sergius of Radonezh, and his cell-attendant Micah.

The icon is applied with two very rare gold gilt copper square Icons, finely embossed and chased, most likely from the 16th-17th century, or older...

Victorian Umbrella Handle, late 1800's. DETAILS: The handle is made of rolled gold with ornate curved floral scroll patterns, center of handle is mother of pearl.
CONDITION: Good, there are no cracks or chips on mother of pearl; gold has some very small dents, nice age patina.
MEASUREMENTS: Handle measures 30 cm (11 ¾ inches) long.

Authentic antique 18th-19th century two panels Russian folded brass icon “The Twelve Principal Feast”. Left fold depict the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Nativity of the Virgin, the presentation of the Virgin to the Temple. On the top the God Father and the Son sitting on the throne, and the sphere with cross between them, above the Holy Spirit in the image of a dove with symbols of the evangelists below...

Rare Islamic blue and white ceramic ewer featuring strong Chinese Ming Dynasty influences, Mughal India, 17th-18th century. Details: of globular body with domed cover and extended spout, painted under glaze in turquoise blue, brown and cobalt blue with flowers and leafy sprays, the handle is marvelously executed in animal form. Condition: crack in the spout (almost invisible), chip on the neck ring, repaired crack in the lid (knob) and some chips in the glaze. Height: 12 ½ inches (31.8cm).

This is an extremely rare 17th Century Italian Bescian pistol made by the famous gunsmith LAZARINO COMINAZZO. The piece exhibits outstanding workmanship. The lock was converted from flintlock to percussion in the early 19th Century although the wooden stock, barrel, lock plate and all metal fittings are from the 17th Century. The barrel is signed clearly "LAZARINO COMINAZZO", also there is warned out writing on the lock plate...

French naval and land artillery sword probably used by the French Army in America. In the book “Battle Weapons of the American Revolution” by George C.Neumann, publish in 1998 by Scurlock Publishing Co. Inc is a very similar sword, page 314 plate 33.SS. Double-edged blade is 18 ¾ (47 ½ cm) long and 2 inches (5.1 cm) wide. The sword has no markings. Overall length in the scabbard: 27½ inches (70cm). The brass mounted and leather covered wooden scabbard has remaining worm holes.

Antique late 19th century beautifully executed with fine detail bronze sculpture of Napoleon Bonaparte, in a standing pose with crossed arms, wearing his uniform of Colonel of Chasseurs Cheval de la Garde Imperial, with the Legion of Honour Order. A stepped plinth, with a ormolu plaque, bearing the coat of arms of Guatemala.

This superbly detailed figure is cast from bronze in 17th century in Indian. Condition: in good condition with worn off places from usage and nice age patina. Measurements: 7 1/4 in (18,5cm).
