This is an extremely rare 17th Century Italian Bescian pistol made by the famous gunsmith LAZARINO COMINAZZO. The piece exhibits outstanding workmanship. The lock was converted from flintlock to percussion in the early 19th Century although the wooden stock, barrel, lock plate and all metal fittings are from the 17th Century.
