Antique 18th century European silver-mounted coconut cup and cover. A coconut carved body with a circular rim, pierced work handles with leaf-form supports, resting on a silver domed foot, decorated in repoussé foliate scrollwork, a domed cover, decorated en suite with the base in repoussé foliate scrollwork design, with a finial cast as a Cupid shooting an arrow with a bow, the mounts apparently unmarked.

Folk Art Duck Decoy hand carved from wood with yellow eye created from a thumb tack. The bird is painted black with white highlights and a grey bill. It has a leather strap on the base used for pulling the decoy in the water.
CONDITION: signs of wear on leather and on the base of the decoy. The yellow thumb tack is probably a later replacement.

Antique Canadian 19th century silver mounted large scrimshaw walrus tusk. Details: The outer side of the tusk is finely engraved with an unusual Hudson’s Bay Company coat of arms. It is composed of a shield with a cross (the cross of St. George) and with four beavers, one in each quarter. Above the shield is a crest which depicts a walrus sitting on the Cap of Maintenance.
