Extremely rare, 18th century Indian Royal Sword “Zafar Takieh Salapa” literally “the cushion of victory”.
DETAILS: a short sword with a crescent-shaped pommel, bronze hilt with heavy silver overlay of characteristic form, straight single edged blade with double fullers and sharpened false edge, the welded pattern on the blade is still visible in some areas...

18th century, small Indian shield Dhal.
DETAILS: circular convex form shield of brown rhinoceros hide, upturned rim, four brass bosses in the form of stylised tripetalled flowers affixed around a stamped central medallion on the outer surface by four ring-bolts fitted inside with a square leather stuffed with cotton cushion.

17th century, Indo Persian Mughal sword Pulouar. DETAILS: the steel hilt is of a characteristic form with down quillons terminating in dragon heads, a large pommel in the form of a lotus pod, the hallow interior with "seeds", short mildly curved heavy, and wide blade expanded at its distal 12.5 inches to a khilij form with elaborate fullering; one central fuller and three groups of twin fullers on both sides of the blade along the back edge decorated with copper inlaid dots...

18th century, Indo Persian Helmet, Kulah Khud in excavated condition.
DETAILS: shallow ribbed skull with plume holder finial, front with two plume sockets and the nosal bar, lower edge fitted with mail coif of fine steel links.
MEASUREMENTS: 33cm (13 in) tall from the top of the plume holder to the bottom of the mail.
CONDITION: in excavated condition.

DETAILS: curved single edged steel blade chiselled in low relief on both sides with Hindu deities and wiled animals, pistol shape steel hilt with engraved floral motif.
MEASUREMENTS: the entire length of the sword measured in a straight line is 70,5 cm (27 ¾).

Superb, 18th century, Indian Mughal Tulwar, hilted sword Shamshir.
DETAILS: narrow and curved 75cm (29 ½ in) long blade displaying very fine Damascus steel pattern wootz, right side of the blade with gold inlaid cartouche with Arabic script, gold gilt copper hilt of characteristic form with the knuckle bow terminating in dragon head and finely engraved and chased meandering flowering vine.

DETAILS: well made of thick solid brass with upturned rim, set with four domed bosses and applied crescent at the top.
