Antique late 19th century hand painted painting after Sir John Everett Millais 'Bubbles'. The painting portrays a young golden-haired boy looking up at a bubble, symbolising the beauty and fragility of life. The painting is an extremely well painted oil on canvas, which was later placed on cardboard, most likely in the middle of the 20th century.

"Good Time" an oil Painting on board by the German artist Kurt Koch depicting a dwarf dressed in 17th century costume sitting near a table smoking a pipe and with a glass of wine and a pitcher on top. The painting is signed by the artist in the upper left corner and also on the back of the board and dated 54 (Most likely 1954). The painting comes with a nice gilt and ornamented antique frame.
Condition: The painting is in very good condition with no restorations or repairs...
