Authentic ancient 7th-3rd century B.C. Celtic bronze Torc - Torque with coiled ends. Thick rod with circular section, flattened terminal coils. Tight spiral grooves incised on the whole surface, except on the portions adjacent to the coils.
The other related Bronze Torc is in the collection of the Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford.
CONDITION: In its original good condition, showing the age and usage, with nice dull green patina.
DIMENSIONS: Diameter: 15.2 cm (6 in) Height: 13.3 cm (5 1/4 in).
Weight: 255 grams (9 ounces)
