| Turkish Ottoman Sword of the 18th century with Damascus Steel Blade (wootz). The sword is made in the same style as Persian shamshir but the blade is very heavy. The sword weighs over 2 ½ lb. Horn grip is inlaid with brass and steel. The cross guard has the remains of the original silver inlay. Fittings are made of brass and steel. Length: 34 ¼ inches.
