Antique Russian Silver Jewish Torah Pointer, 19 c.

Authentic antique Imperial Russian Silver Jewish Torah Pointer made with finely hand chiselled details, 19th century. Fully stamped with “84” zolotniks standard and maker’s initials in Cyrillic alphabet “AI” Aleksiev Ivan Alekseyevich. This fantastic Yad is composed of several elements. The handle is in the shape of the eagle’s head and decorated with two stars of David.
MEASUREMENTS: Length: 30 cm (11 ¾ inches). Weight: 114 grams. CONDITION: in good condition with nice old patina. No repairs or restorations.
