Antique 18th century Eastern European flintlock holster pistol with a steel barrel stamped at the breech with the maker's mark, engraved in the French taste and retained by a wire muzzle band. A high quality Steel lock engraved with foliage. A wooden full stock partly carved and mounted with metal furniture.
CONDITION: The pistol is in overall good condition, the metal furniture is with signs of old repairs; the ramrod is a later replacement. The wooden stock is with some minor handling marks and light dings. The mechanism of the lock works very well. MEASUREMENTS: Overall length: 51 cm (20 in).
