| This is a terrific 8 piece set of vintage Buttons in the shape of Acorns, the cap is a Celluloid type of plastic and the center is a pearlescent piece, I don't know if it is a form of plastic or a natural material, it is cold to the face, with opalescent eye shaped center, a glow of pink and green in the "eye" , the shank is a gold toned metal. There are no marks on these buttons at all, the age is estimated to be 1920-40. SIZE: 1/2" including shank, button itself is 3/8" diameter. CONDITION: the condition is excellent on all but one button, the single button does have a short crack in the shell cap at the shank and a small darker spot on the cap. all shown in the pictures, still usable and displayable just not perfect.
