| An unusual 1920-30 era original Oil Painting on thick paper Board titled in Pencil on the back MIDNIGHT SUN IN RUSSIA and stamped on the back PAINTED BY DR. B. TANNER. An unusual image from the the early half of the 20th Century.I find no information on the Artist and I have not found a hand written signature. SIZE: 15-1/4" x 27-1/2". CONDITION: the painting is in very good condition with only one small puncture in the water area, shown below. It does not go all the way through the board.
