| A fine Original Serigraph / Silkscreen Print by Woodrow Wilson Crumbo (Woody Crumbo) 1912-1989, titled FLUTE PLAYER, a black and white detailed image of a Native American Indian riding a Horse and playing a Flute. The print is dated 1970 and pencil signed as well as titled. Woody Crumbo a Potowatomi Indian from Oklahoma was very influential and instrumental in teaching Art and producing fine images of all aspects of the Native American People. He was and is well known, highly regarded and listed Artist. This Lithograph was purchased by myself in 1971, new as a gift to a family member. Bought at a roadside store in New Mexico. The print was framed in a black wood frame with Silver border. It was hung and the print has slipped enough that you can just see the title but is guaranteed to be signed as described. There is light overall toning to the piece, the mat will need to be replaced, the frame has some light wear on the Silver Border, otherwise in excellent condition. Quite heavy due to the size. SIZE: image 22-1/2" x 15-1/2". CONDITION: as described above, the print has even overall toning and mat has specs of black on it, there is some wear to the Silver strip border on the black wood frame, all pieces are original to the first framing. | |||||||||
