A rare high-fired 'flambe' glazed Bretby bowl, by Henry Tooth and Co, made circa 1900 to 1910 - inspired by 17th/18th Century Chinese "peach bloom" and "sacrificial red" glazes. Condition - excellent - no damages or restoration. What appears to be a chip on the rim is, in fact, under glaze. 20cm (8.8inches) diameter. 9.5cm (3.8 inches) high.

A lovingly carved "pitch pine" Madonna by self taught Sister Josephine - one of Saint Francis Cabrini's first orphans who, according to the accompanying letter, was "close to and loved by Mother Cabrini". Mother Cabrini was the first American citizen to be canonized by the Roman Catholic Church and is the Patron Saint of Immigrants. Sister Josephine was born 1n 1877 - the same year that Mother Cabrini took her religious vows - she died, aged 101, in New York. Condition - very good. 19.7 inches (50cm) high.

A finely decorated late 19th Century Renaissance/Gothic styled copper/bronze twin-handled dish or plaque. This item was made in Germany circa 1875-1900 and is signed Gustav Grohe (1829-1906). Condition - excellent - no damages or repairs. 29cm (11.4inches) diameter.

A 19th Century Staffordshire Earthenware Jug depicting Admiral Nelson. There is a similar example in the collection of the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London. Condition - excellent - no damages and no restoration. 28.6cm (11.25inches) high.

A rare heavy, and very finely modeled and decorated, Russian bisque figure group depicting a mother and child. This item was made in late 19th Century by the Gardner Porcelain Factory. The base carries the impressed "Gardner" mark in Cyrillic and the Moscow Coat of Arms mark printed in red. Condition - the tips of two of the baby's fingers are missing (enlargement 12) and there is a chip to the small milk ? pot (enlargements 10 & 11); otherwise excellent - no additional damages and no repairs or restoration. 16.5cm (6.5 inches) high. Weight - 916 gm (32 oz).

19世纪沙皇俄国 莫斯科 著名佳德纳瓷厂产母婴瓷人像
一件胎体厚重、工艺精美的俄国素胎上彩母子人像。作于19世纪末的佳德纳（Gardner）瓷厂，此瓷厂曾一度向沙皇宫廷提供瓷器作品。瓷像底部有模印的用俄语书写的“佳德纳”字样，以及代表莫斯科的红色徽章印记。

A Wedgwood stoneware deep blue "Jasperware" milk jug decorated in traditional neo-classical style and made in England between the years 1891 and 1908. Condition - very good - no damages and no repairs. 12cm (4.6 inches) high. Capacity: 1 pint (568 Millilitres).

A large silk satin fan, with sixteen gilt decorated wood "sticks", hand-painted depicting four birds amongst flowering prunus or cherry branches. This item is made with Chinese silk but was probably made in France and was retailed in Liverpool - unusually complete with its original box which carries a dispatch date of 9th November 1898. This item is in very good unused condition. 34cm (13.3inches) long; 62cm (24.3inches) wide when extended.

A blown moulded Art Nouveau green Loetz glass vase with 'Cherry Sprig' pewter mounts, probably designed by Frederich Adler, and made by Orion Pewter, Nuremberg, Germany circa 1905. A similar vase is illustrated in "20th Century Pewter" by Paul Carter Robinson (2012) ISBN 978 1 85149 6150. Condition: there are some very small surface nicks to the glass and slight bumps to the pewter; no cracks, losses or repairs. 10cm (4 inches) high; 11cm (4.3inches) across.

A hammered copper Arts and Crafts style plaque decorated with three stylized marine fish amongst bubbles and seaweed. This item will have been made in the British Isles circa 1890-1910. We have been unable to attribute it to a particular school or workshop. Condition: very good, with no damages or repairs. 30cm (12 inches) diameter

A rare 18th Century Liverpool porcelain teapot finely painted with Chinese style "Famille Rose" polychrome enamels. This item was made, circa 1760-1770, by one of two Liverpool makers - either Richard Chaffers & Co (1754-1765) or Phillip Christian (1765-1778) - who consecutively occupied the same factory on Shaws Brow. Condition: there is no cover and there are small chips to the tip of the spout (please view enlargements); otherwise excellent, with no further damages and no repairs or restoration 11cm (4.3inches) high;18cm (7.1inches) long. A larger than average Anglo-Irish Rummer (ale glass) with "Panel & Flute" cut glass "Barrel" shape bowl and "Bladed" knop. This item was made in colonial British ruled Ireland circa 1850. Condition: excellent - no damages. 10.3cm 94.5inches) high; 8.4cm ( 3.25inches) diameter.

A hand-painted moulded earthenware (religious subject) wall plaque with "majolica" glaze, made in the style of the 15th century Italian sculptor and ceramicist Lucia della Robbia. This item was made in Italy during the 19th Century and bears an old shop sticker and an under glaze blue signature on the back. Condition: Very minor glaze loss to the nose of one angel and to the caps of both - otherwise in extremelly good condition with nochips cracks or restoration. 36.4cm (14.3inches) wide; 22.8cm (9inches) high; 2.4cm (1inch) deep.

A rare flesh pink glazed earthenware Art Nouveau style vase painted with Narcissus flowers in green, white and yellow enamels. This item was made, circa 1895, by the Riessner Stellmacher and Kessler "Amphora" factory in the Bohemian village of Trnovany. A small and very rare antique 'bisque' (unglazed) porcelain doll in her original costume made in pre-revolution Russia during the late 19th or early 20th Century. Condition: very good - the textiles are distressed ; the porcelain is fine - no damages and no losses. 12.5cm (5 inches) high.

A rare pair of Rambervillers Ceramique stoneware vases with characteristic thick metallic lustre glaze and mounted on fitted gilt bronze stands. These items were probably made shorly after the establishment of the Rambervillers pottery, circa 1905-1910, and bear the incised signature of its founder Alphonse Cytere. Condition: excellent - no damages and no repairs or restoration. 26cm (10.25 inches) high.

A small, possibly unique, hand painted pitch pine Arts and Crafts style plaque . It is painted in 19th Century 'Romantic' style depicting a red sun framed with turquoise fruiting pomegranate branches and containing an intense, passionate poem or 'prayer'to the sun. This item was probably created in the last quarter of the 19th Century, circa 1875-1900. Condition: very good - there is wear to the gold painted highlighting and lettering; no further damages or losses and no restoration.. 16cm (6.3 inches) wide; 15.8cm (6.2 inches) high..

A finely painted and gilded "soft-paste" porcelain breakfast size Moustache Cup (right-handed) dedicated to a John P. Small in 1882, possibly a presentation piece. Condition: there are two old 1cm hairlines to the rim: no further damages and no restoration. 8cm (3.1 inches) high; 9cm (3.5 inches) diameter.
