An under glaze blue decorated ovoid jar depicting flowering prunus blossoms, finely painted in 17th/18th Century Kangxi style but this item was made later, probably for export circa 1875-1915, during the late Qing or early Republic periods. Condition - there is a long, but stable, hairline crack running from the rim down one side - no further damages and no restoration. 13.5cm (5.3inches) high.

A late 18th or early 19th Century Famille Rose enamelled jar made in China, probably for export, during the reign of the Jiaqing emperor. For comparison (of enamels) we have pictured two export Lion Joss Stick Holders (usually dated either late Qianlong or Jiaqing, circa 1800) in our last enlargement. Condition - very good - there are no damages and there has been no restoration. 16cm (6.3inches) high. Weight - 900gms (approx 2lb).

A rare well potted jar with fine porcelain body and very well painted, in under glaze blue, depicting two flying phoenix amongst scrolling foliage. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722) but this item was made later, in the 19th Century, probably circa 1800-1850 during the reign of either the Jiaqing or the Daoguang emperor. Condition - excellent - no damages and no repairs or restoration. 15cm (6 inches) high.

A rare and unusual 19th Century Chinese vase painted in famille rose enamels depicting a dragon amongst stylized flames and butterflies against a lemon yellow ground. This item was possibly made for export during the reign of the Jiaqing emperor (1796-1820). Please view enlargement 8 for comparison of enamels with circa 1800 export joss stick holder. Condition - excellent - no damages and no restoration. 26.5cm (10.3 inches) high; weight: 1.7kg (3lb 12oz).

A large porcelain jar with original cover (and fitted wood stand) painted in Kangxi style in underglaze blue with flowering "prunus" branches. This item was made for export in the late 19th or early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - excellent - no damages and no repairs or restoration. 26.5cm (10.4 inches) high; 35.5cm (14 inches) high with stand.

A circular Zisha ("Purple Clay") stoneware Water Pot on three feet and decorated with polychrome enamels. It is painted with a flowering branch and a bird in flight to the outside and is glazed turquoise to the interior. This item was made in Yixing, Zhejiang province, China during the late 19th or early 20th Century, possibly during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). condition - very good - no damages and no repairs or restoration. 8.5cm (3.6 inches) diameter; 5cm 92inches) high.

A hardwood carving of a Daoist Immortal or Buddhist Luohan - probably Bodhidarma, also known in China as Damo. This item was made in late Qing or early Republic period (circa 1870-1920) and was exported to Europe during those years. Condition - good - there is a very small chip to the bottom of his robe (please view enlargement 8) and his teeth are missing. 30.5cm (12inches) high.
