An early 18th Century porcelain tea bowl and saucer decorated in underglaze blue with overgalze iron red and green enamels in "Verte Imari" style. This item was made in China for export to Europe early in the 18th Century, probably during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735). .For many additional pictures please view item #0637 at our Liverpool shop website at 69aliverpool.co.uk. A large and very rare Zitan wood and porcelain wall vase with thick deep red glaze and complete with its original lead liner. The porcelain bears the single character "Chun" meaning "Spring". This item was made in China in the Qing dynasty (1644-1911), during either the 18th or the 19th Century.

There are some chips to the inside of the the hardwood mount and the inside of the porcelain; the exterior of the wood and the red glazed porcelain is in excellent condition, with no damages and no restoration.

清 红釉半圆筒形瓷挂瓶 配紫檀木座
半圆筒形瓷瓦状,外施一层厚重红釉,配有铅制内胆。瓷瓦内有阴文春字样。做于清代。
品相:紫檀木座和瓷瓦内部有磕,外部完好。无其他损伤,无修复。

This item was made in China and probably exported in the late 18th or early 19th Century during the reign of the Jiaqing emperor(1795-1820). A rare underglaze blue decorated Chinese vase, painted in scholar's taste, depicting two hornbill birds on rock-work under a flowering prunus branch. This item was made in the Jingdezhen kilns, Jiangxi province in the mid 18th century, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). Condition - excellent - no damages and no restoration. 20.5cm (8 inches) high. 稀有不凡的18世纪青花瓶-乾隆 精美稀有的青花瓶,瓶身饰两犀鸟栖息于梅枝下假山石间,品相不凡,具文人气息,系江西景德镇窑瓷,出品于18世纪中叶的乾隆时期(1736-1795)。 品相:完美,无损无修复。瓶高20.5cm。

A rare porcelain bowl very finely decorated with stylized flower scrolls painted with overglaze blue and green enamels. On the base is an underglaze blue shop or maker's mark within a double ring. This item was made in China, probably for export, in the early 18th Century during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735). Condition: there are five repaired rim chips infilled with removable Museum Standard Conservation Grade material; there is one associated 4cm (1.5 inch) hairline running from the rim and there is some wear to the interior due to prolonged use over many years. A large heavy bottle vase depicting two confronting five clawed dragons amongst clouds and flames and above breaking waves. The base carries the six character seal mark of the Qianlong Emperor (1736-1795) but this item was probably made later, during the 19th Century. Condition - the neck has been reduced and polished. A blue and white jar with the six character reign mark of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722) within a double ring to the base. This item was made later, for export, during either the late 19th or early 20th Century. Condition: excellent - no damages and no restoration. 12cm (4.75 inches) high.

A rare late Ming Dynasty thickly potted jar decorated in underglaze blue with a key-fret pattern around the neck; on the shoulder a Kraak style diaper pattern encloses four circular panels, each containing a fruiting peach branch; above the foot are stylized breaking waves; the large central area is painted on each side with nine boys, at leisure, in a garden setting. "Hundred Boys" jars with very similar decoration are to be found dating to the Jiajing reign (1522-1566) but this jar was made later, probably for export, circa 1610-1625 during the reign of either the Wanli or the Tianqi emperor.
Condition - there is fritting (production glaze loss) to the rim and there are chips to the foot rim; there are two cracks to the rim which are probably firing (production) cracks and there are various cracks and glaze imperfections to the body but there are no repairs and there has been no restoration.
19cm (7.5inches) high; 19cm (7.5inches) diameter. Weight - 1.5kg (3lb 5oz).
For many additional pictures and enlargements please view item #0470 on our Liverpool Shop website at 69aliverpool.co.uk 明晚期 青花童子罐 明万历/天启 约1610-1625 一件明晚期青花童子罐。胎体细腻厚重,罐口一圈回字纹,肩部克拉克风格的开光装饰由四 个菱形花纹和四个花果枝叶交替组成,足部则是一圈海水纹。主体部分两面各有九个童子在花园里戏耍。类似装饰风格的百子罐可见于明嘉靖时期 (1522-1566),但此罐稍晚,应为外销品,作于约1610-1625明万历/天启年间。 品相:口沿有毛口,圈足有小磕。口沿另有两道冲,或为烧造过程中所致。罐身部分有不同程度的冲缝和釉面缺陷,但无修补或修复。 高19厘米,直径19厘米。重1.5公斤。

A balluster shaped vase and cover painted with "famille rose" enamels depicting a lady holding a fan with two boys in a garden setting. On the base is painted the iron red four character mark of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795) but this item was made later, in the early 20th Century, during either the closing years of the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908) or during the Republic period (1911-1949). Condition: there are minor losses to the enamels but no chips or cracks and no repairs or restoration. 25cm (9.9inches) high.

底有乾隆年制四字款,但做于20世纪初,即清光绪末年至民国时期。
