West African Cast Aluminium Masquerade Figure 1920-1960
A painted figure of a West African musician playing a large antelope horn Oliphant. This item was made of cast aluminium using the "lost wax" process, probably in Ghana (possibly Nigeria) during the first half of the 20th Century.. Condition; there is surface degradation of the metal and most of the paint is missing. 12.4cm (4.8 inches) high.

西非彩绘乐师人像,正在用羚羊角笛演奏。用铝以失蜡法铸成,做于20世纪上半叶,应产自加纳(也有可能为尼日利亚)。
品相:表面金属有磨蚀,大部分的色彩已经脱落。
高12.4厘米。
