A late Qing dynasty vase and cover painted in underglaze blue depicting two confronting four clawed dragons amoungst peony and other foliage. The base carries the six character reign mark of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722)but this vase was made later, for export, during the second half of the 19th Century. Condition: there are two under rim chips to the cover and a section of the neck has been broken and re-glued. 28cm (11 inches)high.
