| Carved from a single piece of hardwood this is a simple and elegant stand that will enhance any large piece. It measures 6 5/16" across the interior of the rim (and will fit a piece with a base diameter of 6 5/16" or less) when measured across the grain and 6 7/16" when measured with the grain - the difference is due to the natural shrinkage of the wood with age. It measures 7 7/8" across the widest point and rises 7/8" tall. It is in good condition for its age with normal signs of light wear and the wood has a lovely graining to it. | |||||||||
