Two Chinese 19th/20th C. Floral-Shaped Cinnabar Dishes with Brass Floral-Shaped Rims & Carved Figures in a Garden. Each bearing a Seal Mark of Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong (1736-1795), these Cinnabar dishes are beautifully carved with motifs of noble people dressed in traditional attires amid picturesque settings of pavilions and gardens. Their craftsmanship is after that of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) yet they bear seal marks of the later Qing Dynasty (1645-1911). The Dishes are elegantly shaped like flowers.
