| An exquisite Mantel garniture comprising a marble, onyx and bronze Egyptian Clock & two matching side pieces, the clock with fabulous gilt bronze sphinx and griffons, the bronze matching pieces carved with hieroglyphics and topped by falcons. French, circa 1885. Dimensions: Clock - L: 18.9 in (48cm), D: 7.9 in (20cm), H: 15.7 in (40cm), Matching Pieces: H: 12.1/2in.(32cm.). Very good condition, except some small chips on marble and one marble plate on left slightly cracked, see photographs. The clock in very good working condition, with original key, pendulum and workings, chime on the hour and half hour. | |||||||||||||||
