Simplicity, purity and peace - are the true characters of this beautiful 19th century blanc de chine Guan Yin (Kwan Yin). It should be a scholar's item setting on the desk. This seated Guan Kwan Yin holding the magic pure water bottle (well hollowed bottle) in one hand, holding the Fuchen (dust whisker)in another hand. Peaceful smiling on her face. A maker's seal impressed on the base. 6.5" tall. Very good condition. No damage found.

This is a fine Chinese export graisaille teapot. Circa 1745-1760. Graisaille Porcelain ordered by the Dutch in 18th century is relatively rare in all Chinese Export Porcelain. The Chinese only produced this type of porcelain in small quantity for about 40 years. Graisille porcelain items from the 18th century was more expensive in Europe than other Chinese porcelains of blue and white as well as famille rose. A large lavishly painted early Qianlung period famille-rose plate decorated with enamels and gilt. Painted with a central spray of peonies and peacock feather in a vase along with Lingzhi, Ruyi and fan, showing a perfect life in comfort and relaxation. Peonies represents wealth and prosperity in China. A pink diapered band circles the rim. The rich enamels are glossy and vibrant, and complement the intricate yet balanced and graceful design.

KANGXI period (1662-1722). Painted with beautiful Chinese three friends of winters design on a washed blue ground below 12 shaped panels of flowering branches. The front painted with pine tree, bamboo and plum flowers, which were called three friends of winteres in Chinese culture. The reverse decorated with flowering branches and signed in the center.

A Rare set of Chinese Blue & White Porcelain Tea Cups and Tray, Qing dynasty. Each with metal rim and each with four character mark to underside. Elegant shape and very thinly potted.
