| This has a Grueby like thick mottled green glaze. It is from the era about 90 years old. It has a few shallow nicks to the glaze along the edge but nothing that effects its form - generally in good condition. It depicts the liberty bell. It is solid pottery so very heavy and quite large standing 6 3/4" tall x 4 7/8" wide x 4" deep. Signed on the base with impressed letters. We only have one but its an impressive example of mid west mission pottery. | ||
